Lamberts Methyl B Complex is a superior and comprehensive supplement that provides the most bioavailable, naturally active forms of the B vitamins. It is well established that optimal methylation is necessary for many reactions in the body, with many vitamins requiring conversion to their active or methylated form prior to utilisation by the body. As such, consumption of the active, methylated form means that the body is able to absorb and utilise these vitamins more readily.

Methyl B Complex provides folate as methylfolate (or 5-MTHF), the natural form found in food such as leafy green vegetables. As such, 5-MTHF is already active and ready for the body to use.

Additionally, Lamberts Methyl B Complex presents vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P), the active form of vitamin B6, plus vitamin B12 in the superior absorbed methylcobalamin form. Our Methyl B Complex also incorporates all the other B vitamins, including niacin, riboflavin and biotin, plus inositol and choline. It is yeast free and suitable for vegans.

Several of the B vitamins are known to contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and to normal psychological function, whilst others are recognised as contributing to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as to the maintenance of normal skin.
