Cuti Cuti from Peru (Not Only for Blood Sugar Balance)
The botanical Latin name of Cuti Cuti is Notholaena nivea. It is a shrubby plant with characteristic spines. It grows on the slopes of the Peruvian Andes, near mountain streams and waterfalls, typically reaching a height of one to four metres.
In Peru, it is also known by other common names such as Caqui Caqui and sapun. The plant belongs to the same botanical family as Agracejo.
