Lemon balm has a relaxing effect and helps you fall asleep. It also supports the circulatory system, soothes throat irritations, helps to maintain the natural hormonal balance, and drunk with a meal improves digestion.

Directions for use: Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 tea bag and leave it, covered, to infuse for about 10-15 minutes. Drink twice a day.
