HOW TO USE ® STIMULATORS?
The direction of application of ® biothermal stimulators (soles, mats) is not important, as both sides of the stimulators have the same properties.

– Place the ® insoles (the printed part against the skin) in a pair of wide, flexible shoes with closed heels: slippers, ankle boots, sneakers, etc.

– To do this, tightly roll the insoles lengthwise and insert them into the shoes, pushing them all the way in. Straighten the edges of the insoles inside the shoes so that they cover the lateral surface of the foot.

– If the insoles are too long, they can be shortened simply by cutting them on the heel side.
