Vitamin C supports the proper functioning of the immune system, there is an increased demand for vitamin C in the course of colds and flu.
Vitamin C deficiency (e.g. after a few months of a diet with insufficient vitamin C content) results in malfunction of connective tissue, disorders of the synthesis and metabolism of many biological molecules, general weakness, muscle and joint pain, delayed wound healing, bleeding gums and nose bleeds, conditions inflammatory gums, scurvy development.

Application: dissolve 1g (half a teaspoon) in a glass of water (200ml).
