We recommend plant milk with just the grain or nut, water and salt. Try not to use ones with flavourings, e-numbers, gums and sweeteners as it massively affect the pure taste and efficacy of the powder. We love Rude Health Roasted Almond and Oat milk.

How to use: mix 15g of powder with around 350ml of plant milk (ex. coconut, almond) or water, shake well and drink. You can drink it up to twice portion daily.
