Shungite – is a natural, universal filter. Thanks to the known ability to purify water, as well as absorb impurities contained in water, shungite is a specific mineral. It absorbs on its surface up to 95% of impurities contained in water, removes turbidity, giving the water its natural source of flavor. Shungite purifies water mainly from heavy metals contained in it or colloidal iron found in water pipes. It also neutralizes and catches nitrates and nitrites, dioxins, petroleum products, pesticides, phenols, chloro-organic compounds, radionuclides. At the same time, the carbon filter for water saturates the body with the necessary micro and macroelements, absorbing those harmful to it. Also exhibits bactericidal and anti-oxidizing effects on water.

How to prepare:
Thoroughly rinse shungite under running water. Apply properly on 150g of shungite to 2-3L of water and 500g shungite to 5l of water. First time the water with shungite should be discontinued for 3 days. It’s best to cover it so that it does not get dirty and put it in a dark place or even in the fridge. After this time, shungite water is ready to drink, or also for cosmetic purposes. Once again, the ready water can be much faster, because 3 hours of dipping / soaking is enough. Shungite gives the water a structure of a fularen C60. Always prepare shungite water in glass vessels! You can drink shungitic water at least 1-3 glasses a day and prepare all dishes on it. It is worth remembering that fullerenes, which have the specific properties of shungite, are less and less over time, which reduces the desirable properties of shungite over time, so it is advisable to replace it every 5-6 months.
