Mumio, Shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum) – a natural biological substance in the form of black or brown lumps, somewhat reminiscent of resins. It is formed from the remains of organic material (plants, algae, lichen) getting into the rock crevices. It is obtained in the Himalayas, Caucasian mountains, Altai mountains and in Tibet. It contains dozens of well-absorbed minerals and valuable active compounds, such as: humines and humic acids, fulvic acids, triterpenes, sterols, polyphenols, amino acids, vitamins and many others. Himalayan mummy is called “blood of the mountains” and has been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years. According to Ayurveda, it is a great means of raising vitality, strengthening natural immunity, delaying the aging process of cells, ensuring longevity. Importantly, shilajit also has a beneficial effect on bone condition, due to the fact that it stimulates the production of calcium compounds in the skeletal system. Mumio is recommended for people leading an intense lifestyle and during periods of weakness of the body.

Recommended use
From 0.1 to 1 g. Start taking with 0.1 g per day, then within 2-3 days in the same amount to consume 2-3 times a day.
Gradually increase the portions until the desired results are achieved.

Shilajit is best dissolved in a warm liquid, e.g. milk.

It is not recommended to drink shilajit in the evening, as it may make it difficult to fall asleep.

I started with 200mg and after three weeks 4g in the morning (mumio standard). Mix with warm water and drink which is not easy considering the smell and consistency. It adds energy and improves the mood, a very interesting and even magical product worth testing, waiting for the premium mumio 🙂

Well, I did not expect this product to smell so bad, the smell is really strange, it was mentioned on the website that it felt like asphalt and it can be compared to that. I took a small crumb and dissolved in milk as recommended, I felt muscle relaxation and felt different areas of the brain, and yet we do not feel my brain every day. A strange feeling, unusual, probably on the effects of the use of such means, you have to wait, but I will use it every day, but it is not easy because as I mentioned the smell scares, but maybe I will find out in accordance with the principle that “medicine must be bitter “or something like that;)

mumio is not very popular in Poland so it is very easy to find fakes, fortunately we are dealing here with the highest quality product at a very favorable price! it has a very characteristic smell and a strong salty-bitter taste that many people may not like, although it does not bother me personally. Mumio used my mother to recover during recovery. After just a few doses of the size of a pea, my mother felt more energy and a definite improvement in mood. Despite taking before bedtime, she did not notice problems falling asleep
