Pumpkin seed oil is a rich source of bioactive compounds that positively affect the physiological processes in the body. It contains polyunsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols, squalene, phenolic acids, tocopherols and plant pigments.

Pumpkin Oil:
reduces total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol fraction,
