A mustard, strongly warming compress. Intended for topical application on the skin. It is used as a warming and analgesic agent.

The preparation is used to treat the symptoms of bronchitis, pneumonia, laryngitis and tracheitis, headaches, back pain, muscle and joint and bone pain.

How to use: Before using the compress, shake it and spread it horizontally in order to evenly distribute the powder over the entire squares (sachets) of the compress. Keep it in warm water for a few seconds without changing its position, and place the side with the sachets on the skin. Cover the top with a dry towel.
Keep the compress on the skin for 15-20 minutes. When it starts to burn strongly, remove the compress. The place where it was used must be covered with warm clothes for several days (do not catch a cold). If someone has sensitive skin, the compress can be put through gauze or a paper towel.

Contraindications to use – damaged skin at the place of applying the compress, increased individual sensitivity, tuberculosis, malignant tumours, varicose veins.

Side effects – with increased individual sensitivity to mustard, local skin reactions are possible.

Precautions – can not be used in the area of ​​the heart and in children under 12 years of age (there are children’s compresses for children).
