Rosemary is full of active compounds including phenolic acids such as rosmarinic acid, betulinic acid, as well as a class of triterpenes, which it has in common with reishi spore.
In fact, reishi spores are 300% higher in triterpenes than the fruiting body, making this a potent form of this popular medicinal mushroom.

How to use:
Adults:
For daily maintenance, take 1 capsule twice daily with food.
