Ear candling is a popular alternative medicine treatment that aims to remove impurities from the ear. You can do it at home with the right conditions and mindfulness. Ear candling can be performed not only in the case of excess earwax in the ears.

Ear candling is best performed before bedtime and after the procedure stay at home. Do not cool your ears after treatment (e.g. put a cotton swab and stay in a hat or hood).

 

Contraindications:

purulent leak from the ear,

damage to the eardrum and the external auditory canal,

allergic reaction to beekeeping products,

neoplastic processes within the head,

permanent hearing aids or implants.

 

Application: it is recommended to perform the procedure 4-6 times at intervals of 3-7 days.
