For several hundred years traditionally dried in natural smoke from the wood of Liberian oak, to which it owes its unique taste and aroma. This pepper contains vitamin C, B, a fairly large amount of beta-carotene and essential oils. It belongs to the spices that stimulate the secretion of gastric juice and improve the appetite. Excellent seasoning for sauces, salads, soups, meat dishes, pickling (meat, fish, poultry) and to the production of cold meats. This spice is the foundation of true Spanish cuisine.
