Hello Energy herbal blend for fatigue and stress contains:
Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis) – Supports relaxation as well as mental and physical wellbeing. Helps you to rest fully so your energy can recover.
Hops (Humulus Lupulus) – Supports the nervous system helping us to calm down after we go into a stress response, meaning that dealing with daily stressors affects us less – both physically and mentally.
Passion-Flower (Passiflora Incarnata) – Good for people that feel weak and fatigued as well as people who react strongly to stress. Passion-flower supports the body to be less affected by stress and is recommended for people who feel weak and fatigued.
Take one capsule of Hello Energy daily with a glass of water to support energy levels and the nervous system. For most people one capsule is enough, but if your fatigue and stress levels could be improved after trying one capsule for 7 days or longer, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
