The deposit is not refundable if you don’t show up to your appointment or cancel it too late.

How can I pay the deposit?
1. In store, you can pay by cash or card
2. You can give us a call and pay through the phone by giving your card details to us
3. You can use the link which we can send you by a text message and pay through our website.

If I don’t pay the deposit, will my appointment be cancelled?
Yes, you have up to 24h to make a payment.

Do I lose my deposit when I do not come for the appointment?
Yes, unless you cancel the visit at least 24h before, but preferred time is 48h (especially any Monday appointments, as we are closed on Sunday, you would need to call us on Saturday to cancel your Monday visit)

If I cancel my appointment 48h-24h before, will the deposit be refunded to me?
Yes.

How can I get my deposit back?
Depends on how you paid. It can be a cash, card or bank transfer.

How long does it take to get my return?
Cash in store – straight away
Card payments – up to 3 days
Through our website – usually 3-5 days
Bank transfer – usually 1-5 days.

Can I book another appointment when I cancelled one before?
Yes of course.
