A METHOD OF PREPARING:

Chestnut blossom tincture (rheumatism, gout): 50 g of chestnut flowers pour over 600ml of 50% alcohol and leave tightly closed in a dark and warm place, we often shake.
After this time, the liquid is drained, the flowers squeezed out, stored in a dark place.

We use internally:
30 drops 3x a day in a tablespoon of boiled water (after eating) – to reduce the clotting of blood, strengthen the walls of blood vessels.

The use of tincture prevents thrombosis and facilitates their dissolution.
Good results are also obtained in disorders of bile secretion, problems with digestion, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, and haemorrhoids.

External use:
Rubbing with rheumatism, bottoms, joint pain.

Decoction of flowers
1 tablespoon of dried flowers + 1 cup of lukewarm water boil on low heat about 4 minutes.
After discontinuing for a few minutes (up to 10) strain, drink ¼ cup, 4 x day a few minutes after eating (about 20 minutes), in swelling, varicose veins, phlebitis.
