Candida Albicans Benefits:

Normal concentrations of Candida yeast promote gut health and nutrient absorption and also aid digestion. However, having too much of this yeast in the body or on the skin can lead to infections.

Candida albicans is a polymorphic yeast species that often forms part of the commensal gastrointestinal mycobiota of healthy humans. It is also an important opportunistic pathogen. A tripartite interaction involving C. albicans, the resident microbiota and host immunity maintains.

Can Candida albicans cause weight loss?
Candida overgrowth can be a significant barrier to you losing weight, and any weight loss for that matter. You may not know this, but Candida is a naturally occurring yeast in the intestinal tract, and is vital for healthy digestion.
