Cabbage Thistle (Creeping Thistle) Eco 25g

Formerly, it was believed that this herb has a magical, cleansing power. The plant serves as an ingredient in shamanic potions and drinks due to its cleansing properties. Nowadays, if we want to take advantage of the natural richness of the herb, we can prepare a tasty infusion.

It is a plant of features for diuretics, detoxification and anti-inflammatory, helps excrete waste products.
It owes its properties to flavonoids contained therein. Thistle strengthens and increases the body’s immune resistance, which we ascribe tritermenom contained therein. Thistle herb due to the diuretic properties that reduce inflammation and is used in rheumatism, gout and kidney disease.

Very often, a decoction of this herb is used externally as a natural antibiotic in inflammatory skin diseases, acne and psoriasis, for the care of the weak and hair loss. Bath with decoction is very refreshing and invigorating of the body.

Other external use: conjunctivitis, allergic rash, cuts, skin burns first degree (including sunlight), dandruff.
It is also an edible plant used as a vegetable – hence the name.

How to use?
1 teaspoon herb pour a glass of boiling water.
Leave covered for 10 – 15 minutes.
Drink the infusion 1-2 times a day.
An infusion of thistle herb can also be used for relaxing baths and soothing skin irritations, as well as local compresses.
