Use
Pour about 3-2 litres of boiling water over one sachet. Brew, covered, for about 5-10 minutes. Pour the prepared infusion together with the sachet into a bathtub with warm water. Duration of the bath from 15 to 30 minutes. We recommend using 2-3 times a week.
