A blend of pure essential oils to help you feel energised, vitalised and ready for anything

Directions for use
Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage or bath. Mix 5 drops with water to use in a diffuser or burner. Put a few drops on a tissue and keep in your pocket.

Precautions
Discontinue use if irritation occurs
