SUGGESTED TO USE: Take 1 teaspoon (1.5) per cup of boiling water. Leave it to brew for about 3-6 minutes, and strain. Drink 1-3 a day. You can add lemon juice, cloves, honey or vanilla for taste. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
